Pigment Colored Epoxy

Pigmented epoxy integrates color directly into the resin, creating a seamless, high-build surface with consistent color throughout. The finish provides a smooth, durable floor that resists stains, abrasion, and everyday wear while delivering a clean, contemporary appearance. Ideal for garages, kitchens, living areas, and modern interior spaces.

Quartz Epoxy Systems

Quartz epoxy systems broadcast colored quartz aggregate into the epoxy base to create a textured, slip-resistant surface. The result is a seamless floor with excellent durability and resistance to chemicals, stains, and abrasion. Ideal for garages, utility areas, and commercial spaces where traction and long-term performance are important.

Metallic Epoxy Flooring

Metallic epoxy floors use specialized pigments suspended in epoxy resin to create movement and depth within the coating. Each installation produces a distinctive pattern with a seamless, high-gloss finish. Ideal for garages, showrooms, and interior spaces where a bold decorative floor is desired.

Decorative Flake Systems

Decorative flake systems broadcast polymer flakes into the epoxy base to create a multi-toned, slip-resistant surface. The system helps conceal minor slab imperfections while improving traction and durability. Popular for residential garages, patios, and light commercial environments where appearance and performance are equally important.

Professional Surface Preparation

Proper adhesion begins with mechanical diamond grinding. Loral prepares all concrete surfaces using industrial grinding equipment to remove contaminants and open up the pores in the concrete prior to coating installation. This process creates the proper bonding profile ensuring the epoxy coating adheres correctly and performs long-term.

Epoxy Installation Process
Step 1 – Surface Preparation

Concrete or ceramic tile surfaces are mechanically ground using industrial diamond equipment to remove contaminants and properly prepare the surface. This grinding process creates the ideal surface profile, ensuring the coating bonds securely and performs long-term.

Step 2 – Epoxy Base Coat Installation

The epoxy base coat is applied to the prepared surface. When installing quartz or decorative flake systems, the aggregate material is broadcast into the epoxy base layer to create the desired texture, color blend, and slip resistance.

Step 3 – Protective Top Coat

A durable polyaspartic or urethane protective topcoat is applied to enhance abrasion resistance, UV stability, and long-term durability while providing a smooth, easy-to-maintain finish.
