 Using our Concrete Floor Crack Welding Procedures, we permanently repair structural cracks through a full-depth structural restoration. We first identify and eliminate the source of restraint whenever possible. Next, we install our proven crack repair system by injecting through pre-drilled ports, filling the crack from the bottom up to ensure complete penetration. This method delivers a continuous, full-slab-depth structural repair — restoring integrity and long-term performance. 

Injection stabilization eliminates vertical slab movement at construction and control joints, reducing edge spalling and extending floor service life.

Loral utilizes a specially formulated, low-viscosity structural foam to provide uniform sub-slab support and help restore aggregate interlock. When installed prior to joint filler placement, the service life of the semi-rigid filler can be extended up to 10×. With full bearing support, the filler is no longer dependent solely on sidewall adhesion for load transfer performance.

 High-strength, industrial-grade epoxy mortar repairs for delamination, spalled joint shoulders, and unsound concrete. Damaged areas are milled approximately ¾” deep to remove deteriorated material, then rebuilt using a precision-mixed structural epoxy mortar. Once cured, the repair is mechanically ground and polished using our Lavina planetary grinder to blend seamlessly with the surrounding slab. Engineered for heavy traffic environments, these repairs can return to service in as little as four hours
