Who We Are
Built on Experience. Proven in the Field.

At Loral Concrete, our mission is simple: to deliver concrete solutions that perform under pressure, protect your investment, and stand the test of time. With more than four decades of experience in commercial slab performance, Loral Concrete Slab Solutions was built on real-world field expertise, not theory. Our work spans structural slab repairs, joint stabilization systems, mechanically polished concrete refinement, and forensic slab evaluation. Every project is approached with technical discipline and long-term performance in mind, whether restoring a high-traffic industrial floor or strengthening a compromised slab. In addition to our commercial services, Loral also provides professional-grade residential epoxy floor systems designed to enhance durability, appearance, and protection in garages and other residential spaces.
If you’re planning a project or facing a slab challenge, let’s determine the right solution.
Meet The Owner, Albert Frankeny
Albert Frankeny is a concrete slab specialist with more than 45 years of experience in high-tolerance commercial and industrial floor systems. His expertise spans large-scale new construction, slab performance consulting, forensic investigations, and long-term restoration strategies for complex facilities. Albert has developed a particular focus in high-tolerance, wide-joint, and jointless slab systems: areas where long-term performance is critical and the margin for error is small. He works closely with owners, engineers, and contractors to evaluate slab behavior, identify root causes of performance issues, and implement practical, durable solutions.
Through Loral Concrete Slab Solutions, Albert provides consulting and specialized concrete floor services nationwide, supporting warehouse and industrial projects with experienced oversight and performance-driven execution.
The SASE Company ensures our equipment is used safely and effectively by qualified, trained, and certified professionals. Our experts undergo rigorous training in operation, maintenance, and best practices, maximizing efficiency, safety, and equipment longevity. Trusting a certified SASE professional guarantees precision, performance, and reliability.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most concrete damage can be repaired if the underlying slab is structurally sound. We evaluate cracking, joint failure, settlement, and surface deterioration to determine whether targeted repairs will restore performance.
Cracking can result from slab movement, improper joint spacing, shrinkage during curing, subgrade instability, or heavy operational loads. Identifying the root cause is critical before performing any repair.
Joint filling protects slab edges from impact damage caused by forklifts and heavy traffic. Without proper joint protection, edges begin to break down, leading to spalling and costly long-term repairs.
When properly diagnosed and installed, professional concrete repairs can extend the life of a warehouse floor for many years. Longevity depends on usage, traffic load, and environmental conditions.
Slab stabilization restores support beneath settled concrete by addressing voids or unstable soil conditions, helping prevent further movement and cracking.
Epoxy is a resin-based coating applied over concrete, while polished concrete is a mechanical refinement of the slab itself. Each system serves different performance and aesthetic goals.
Joint failure is typically caused by heavy traffic impact, slab movement, or deterioration of old joint filler.
Repair timelines depend on the scope of damage, but many joint and surface repairs can be completed quickly using rapid-set materials.
We focus on structural integrity first, but repairs are finished to blend as seamlessly as possible with surrounding concrete.
Yes. We regularly coordinate with facility managers to phase repairs and reduce operational downtime.
It includes evaluating cracking patterns, joint performance, slab movement, moisture conditions, and reviewing construction history to determine root causes.
If you’re experiencing recurring failures, unexplained cracking, or planning a major flooring investment, consulting can prevent costly mistakes.
Yes. We provide detailed documentation outlining findings, root causes, and recommended corrective actions.
Yes. We collaborate with project teams to provide technical insight and practical repair or design recommendations.
Yes. Epoxy and urethane systems are ideal for garages, offering resistance to vehicle traffic, chemicals, and moisture.
With proper surface preparation and installation, epoxy and urethane systems can last for many years under normal residential use.
Light foot traffic is typically allowed within 24 hours, while vehicle traffic may require additional curing time depending on the system used.
Yes. These seamless systems are easy to clean and resist staining, making them a practical option for high-use areas.
In most cases, yes. Provided the slab is properly prepared and free of significant structural issues.
