Greenville, SC Equipment Pad Stabilization Project

by Loral Concrete Slab Solutions

Last week, Loral Concrete Slab Solutions completed a slab stabilization project in Greenville, South Carolina involving a 14-inch-thick industrial equipment pad experiencing movement and void conditions beneath the slab after the equipment was mounted.

Using precision injection techniques and dustless equipment, we injected the pad with our specially formulated stabilizing foam, UTC 7080, restoring support beneath the slab while minimizing disruption to the facility’s ongoing operations. This type of repair helps reduce vibration, improve slab stability, and extend the service life of critical industrial floors and equipment foundations.

Projects like this require a repair approach that addresses both structural support and operational constraints. Our stabilization process allows many facilities to avoid costly demolition and replacement while returning the slab to service quickly.
